1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing shahspin Game (“Platform“), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this Platform. Registration confirms that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended.
• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
• Providing false or incomplete information during registration may result in account termination.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500.
• Accepted payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third–party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Fraudulent transactions or use of stolen payment credentials
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools during gameplay
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Any activity connected to money laundering or financial crime
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward Platform staff or other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on shahspin-game.com.pk — including logos, game interfaces, graphics, and text — belongs to ShahSpin Game. Copying or distributing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShahSpin Game is not liable for financial losses, service interruptions, or technical failures. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Where fraud is confirmed, remaining balance may be withheld.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
